Missy~ We never got to meet, but I KNOW that David loved you SO VERY MUCH. My family is just devastated to hear of this tragedy....and our hearts go out to you and the kidz. David was the greatest friend anyone could have! I NEVER in my life had more fun than I had w/David and Bud, and Dale and the gang. I've NEVER meant better people in my life. I love them. They took my family in like we were their own when we didn't know a soul there and my heart iz just broken. I am so very sorry for your pain and your loss Missy. I know that he gave you enough smilez to last a lifetime though, and I thank God for letting me know him. Give lil David a kiss for me, I know he'll be the ornriest lil cowboy that ever was!! Much Love~ Tracy White

Dear Missy Ė I know your heart is breaking, and Iím so sorry for your loss! David was one of the kindest people Iíve ever know, and a close childhood friend. High School was easy to navigate with a friend like David. While we didnít stay in touch over the years; the memory of that friendship has always had a special place in my heart. He had a heart of gold, and I know how much he loved you and his family. Please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers and that David will be missed by many.

Missy, We have not met but David and I went to high school together. My heart goes out to you and your entire family. David was a fun guy in school. I remember his bright smile the most and his coaching the powder puff teams (Class of '81). God will get you through this difficult time. My prayers are with you, the children and grandchildren.

Although I had only met David a few times, I felt like I knew him so well through the stories of his mother Sandra. Now in your family's time of pain, it is these stories of so many good times that you need to reflect upon to remember him as he was. Hold these good memories close and they will bring a smile to your hearts. ~Taine Watkins Bloomington, Indiana

I am very sorry to hear about David. I ived next to David and family growing up. I babysat him and his brother Robby. David always made me laugh and smile. He was just a joy even as a small child. I have not seen David for awhile but I always ask about him if I happen to see someone that might know him. I will keep his family in my prayers Myra

I was certainly sad to hear of Dave's passing, I will pray for Missy and the family to make this path of tragedy easier to travel. My heart goes out to his children & grandchildren as he has left their lives too soon. This was one "good hearted man" and we loved him like a brother. There are sometimes when a person burns so bright and vibrates so much with light that one may think that they can never burn out ....this was Dave. He always had a shoulder to cry on, a laugh in his eyes and loyality to his friends and loved ones like no one we have ever met....we are honored that we had the chance to know this wonderful person. He blessed our lives with love and laughter ....We will miss him to the bottoms of our hearts. Our prayers go out to Missy, Robbie and the rest of Dave's family.
