| Thomas Ray Carmen, 18, of Vine Grove, KY passed away Sunday, May 20, 2012 at University of Louisville Hospital.
Mr. Carmen was a 2012 graduate of North Hardin High School, Radcliff, KY. His survivors include: His mother, Tammy Carmen of Vine Grove, KY; his father, Thomas Ray Glover; 5 siblings, Eric Carmen, Devin Carmen, Malcolm Glover, Dalani Rainwater all of Vine Grove, KY, Judson Glover of Louisville, KY; his maternal grandparents, Richard & Rose Carmen of Vine Grove, KY; 2 aunts, Lynda Carmen, Karen Glover; 2 uncles, Joseph Carmen, PJ Glover; 1 cousin, Ambria Nelson; and a host of family & friends. Mr. Carmen’s funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, May 24, 2012 from the chapel of Coffey & Chism Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY with Speaker Tony Rose officiating. Burial will follow in the Vine Grove Cemetery, Vine Grove, Kentucky Visitation will be at Coffey & Chism Funeral Home on Wednesday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and after 12 noon on Thursday.
