| David Guajardo, 54, of Radcliff, KY passed away Thursday, June 14, 2012 at Hardin Memorial Hospital, Elizabethtown, KY.
SFC David Guajardo was retired from the United States Army & he was an avid golfer. His memberships include: Lindsey Golf Course, Fort Knox, KY, V.F.W. Post # 10281, Vine Grove, KY, and American Legion Post #113, Elizabethtown, KY. He was preceded in death by his Father, Benito Guajardo; 2 sisters, Josie Chavez and Sophie Silvia. He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Guajardo of Radcliff, KY; 1 son, Thomas Guajardo of Temple, Texas; 3 daughters, Angel Osipovich of Eugene, OR, Sarah Guajardo, Felicia Guajardo both of Radcliff, KY; his mother, Estella Guajardo of Radcliff, KY; 1 brother, Benito Guajardo; 4 sisters, Rosie Guajardo, Yolanda Guajardo, Margie Gaujardo, Mona Guajardo; and 5 Grandchildren. A funeral service for Mr. Guajardo will be held at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, June 19, 2012 from the chapel of Coffey & Chism Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY. Burial will follow in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, Kentucky with military honors. Visitation will be at Coffey & Chism Funeral Home on Monday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and after 12 PM on Tuesday. | ||
