|Kent and children: We just found out about your loss, and our hearts deeply ache for you. Jason and I have always fondly remembered our first neighbors in Pearland, and Wendy will always be a wonderful part of my memories of the Banbury Cross Bunko group. You may not have realized it, but Andrea and Chad were very dear to my heart and filled a void in my life when I was struggling to have my own children. We don't understand God's ways, but we know He always has a plan and offers grace sufficient for any/all of life's heartaches. (Jeremiah 29:11) Our prayers are with all of you!|

|Kent, Andrea, Chad, and Alex,
I taught third grade with Wendy for 5 years. She is so funny. I remember many fun times at work, but one that really sticks out is the time that we hosted the Jefferson Edison talent show together. I was Sonny and she played Cher. She had the entire auditorium cracking up the whole time. She was able to put a smile on my face, even on my worst days. She is and always will be my favorite coworker and a wonderful friend. We are all very lucky to have spent time with her. Again, I am deeply sorry for your loss, and if you need anything, please let us know. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time in your lives.
