Elizabeth J. “Lizzie” (Fox) Mulvey, age 19 passed away Tuesday afternoon, July 14, 2009 at her residence in Brown County. She was a former resident of Spencer.

Lizzie was born May 21, 1990 in Greencastle to Jody Fox of Cloverdale and Glenda J. Brown of Brown County. She married Donald E. Mulvey in Spencer on October of 2008. He survives.

Other survivors include one daughter: Nickkkita Fox of Brown County; three step children: Sebastian, Cameron & Jasmine; one brother: Gary M. Fox of Brown County, one niece: Silvia Fox of Brown County; maternal grandparents: Austin and Linda Brown of Brown County; paternal grandmother: Bertie Fox of Worthington; maternal great grandmother: Ann Beaver of Brown County and a good friend: David Armstrong of Brown County.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather: Dan Fox and maternal great grandfather: Marion Beaver.

Lizzie attended Owen Valley High School in Spencer. She was a Firefighter for the Fruitdale Fire Company Station 3 in Brown County and attended the Morgantown Baptist Church. Lizzie was a knife collector and enjoyed spending time with her daughter and niece.

The Rev. Ben Swopes and President Tim Deckard of the Indiana Volunteer Fire Fighters Association will conduct a funeral service 10 am Saturday at Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center, 179 E. Mulberry Street in Morgantown. Friends may call from 4 to 8 pm on Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Nebo Memorial Park Cemetery in Martinsville.

Memorial contributions may be made in honor of Lizzie to the “Education Fund for Nickkkita Fox” PO Box 308 Morgantown, IN 46160.
