Cobleskill- Mrs. Mary J. Peduzzi, 88, formerly of Cobleskill, died Tuesday, April 28, 2009, at St. Johnsville Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, where she had been a resident for the past few weeks.
Mrs. Peduzzi was born January 23, 1921 in Brooklyn, the daughter of Joseph and Mary (McNamara) Hellebrand.
Mrs. Peduzzi was a resident of the New Paltz area until 1996 when she moved to Cobleskill to be closer to her family. She was a member of AARP and a communicant of St. Vincent de Paul Church in Cobleskill.
She enjoyed her time spent with family.
Her husband, Joseph F. Peduzzi, predeceased her on May 21, 1976.
Survivors include two sons: John (Kathleen) Peduzzi of Cobleskill and Joseph Peduzzi of Schoharie; two granddaughters: Christine and Kathleen Peduzzi, both of Cobleskill.
Services will be private with a burial following in Assumption Cemetery, Cortlandt Manor, NY. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Childrens Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
