I just found out today about Kris' passing and was heart broken. Kris and I were stationed together in the Air Force. We were roommates, best friends, and "sisters". I have so many fond memories of that time together--working out at the gym, shopping for new outfits, sneaking out to the Airport on base for the most amazing cheeseburgers, and taking the PI by storm! We shared so many laughs (and tears). My heart hurts thinking that I will never get a chance to talk to her again. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. My life was better having known her and she will be sorely missed. Love, Donna

Dear MR. and Mrs.Campbell and family, I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Kris. I work at SDCPH and though Kris and I did not work in the same department we would speak whenever we saw one another. She was a very nice person and always joyful. I will always remeber her smile. She will be missed. May God be with your family in your time of grief. - Allisa

I too worked with Kris in San Diego. She was a hard worker, always on task... except when she was worried about her dear Lady. Liked by all, a good team player she will be missed for a long time by many. Be gentle with yourselves. Take care of each other. Regards, Linda

Campbell Family, I am so sorry for the loss of your beautiful daughter and sister, Kris. I worked with her at the Sheriff's Department and remember how she always made me laugh. She had such a great sense of humor and outgoing personality and everyone loved her. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I feel blessed to have known Kris. We worked together at the Sheriff's Department. She was not only a great co-worker but also a great friend. I am sorry to have lost touch with her after she left the department but never forgot all the wonderful memories she brought to my life. At work and play. She will truly be missed. My prayers go out to you.

Kris and I have been close friends for over 12 years, first working together at the Sheriff Dept then later as we both transferred to HHSA Mental Health Records. She always brightened my day with her sense of humor and just being herself. People naturally were drawn to her outgoing personality. There were plenty of smiles when Kris was around. I'm at a loss for words to describe how deeply I will miss my friend but I know we will meet again. My thoughts and prayers are to you and hope you are comforted knowing how much Kris was loved by so many.

Dear Mr. land Mrs. Campbell, I hired Kristin in the Sheriff's Department and I can't tell you what a wonderful young woman she was. Many times I treated her as my younger sister which I am not sure she liked it, but oh well ... I wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed her and loved her and I am so sorry about her demise. It is so unexpected! She had such a lovely, bubbly, vibrant individual and that's how I will remember her. Blessings and my Prayers to you and may the Lord Keep Her Safe. Love, Maria
