Caleb James Baugh, day old infant of Robert Andrew and Michelle Lee (Cooper) Baugh of Martinsville died at 6:07 p.m. on June 29, 2004 in Indianapolis. He was born on June 28, 2004 in Indianapolis.
Other survivors include his twin, Cooper John Baugh and brother Andrew Michael Baugh; maternal grandparents, Archie Lloyd and Phyllis Cooper, Paragon; paternal grandparents, Robert N. and Myrtle Baugh, Bradenton, Florida; and maternal great grandmother, Mary Cooper of Paragon.
A graveside service was conducted on Friday, July 16, 2004 at Samaria Cemetery in Paragon.
Neal & Summers Mortuary in Martinsville handled the arrangements.
