Stephanie Lynn Amstutz, 26, Martinsville, died at 10:30 p.m. on September 15, 2004, at her residence.
The daughter of Richard E. Schaeffer, and Jean M. (Tansy) Schaeffer, both of Indianapolis, she was born Jan. 7, 1978, in Indianapolis.
Amstutz was employed by Heartland Motors in Greencastle, Ind.
She attended Decatur High School.
Other survivors include three sons, Joshua Harris and Douglas and Jacob Cozart, all of Martinsville; a brother, Richard Schaeffer III, and a sister, Jennifer Schaeffer, both of Indianapolis, and grandparents, Judy Tansy, Cartersburg, Ind., and Sue Chambers, Indianapolis; great-grandmother, Hazel Chambers, Indianapolis, and fiancé, Richard D. Cozart, Martinsville.
A private memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
There will be no visitation
The body will be cremated.
