| | | Jamie Ray Byrer, 37, of Martinsville passed from this life on Friday, October 23, 2009 at 9:19 p.m. at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
Jamie was the son of Donald L. Byrer and Nancy A. (McFarland) Webb. He was born on August 28, 1972 in Martinsville, Indiana.
He had worked at various companies around the Martinsville area in manufacturing and had spent some time working in construction.
He was an avid NASCAR and WWE Wrestling fan and he also enjoyed basketball, football and fishing.
He is survived by his mother and step-father, Nancy & Matthew Webb of Martinsville; father and step-mother, Donald & Ruth Byrer of St. Charles, VA; companion of 16˝ years, Laurinda A. Hine of Martinsville; three sons, Cody, J.R. and Erik; three daughters Heather, Samantha and Emily; two brothers, Donnie L. (Johanna) Byrer of Colorado, John L. (Lynda) Webb of Martinsville; three sisters Wendy (Chris) Webb and Lisa Combs of St. Charles, VA and Brenda (Adam) Webb of Martinsville.
He was preceded in death by an infant son, Austin L. Byrer.
Family and friends may visit on Wednesday, October 28th from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at Neal & Summers Funeral and Cremation Center. A graveside service celebrating Jamie’s life is scheduled at 11:00 a.m. in New South Park Cemetery in Martinsville.
Contributions may be made in Jamie’s memory to Neal & Summers to assist the family in his final expenses.
