Chester Nobles and his son Douglas began Nobles Funeral Chapel, Inc. in 1983. For 21 years, they served hundreds of families in and around the area before Chester passed away October 7, 2004. Douglas continues to operate the business and on August 1, 2005, his son Jeffrey joined the operation. Chester's wife Dora Jean Nobles still serves as president of the funeral home.
