Of Buffalo, NY, September 6, 2004, beloved husband of Patricia (Forsythe) Prentiss; loving father of Elaine (Tom) Martinez, Marijo (Joe) Griffin and William (Arlene) Prentiss; son of the late James and Mary Prentiss; loving brother of Mary Jane (Donald) Crissy and the late Charles (Dorothy), the late Bernard (Frances) and the late James, Joseph and Mary Josephine Prentiss; cherished grandfather of Marleah Renee, Alexis Lauren Martinez, Thomas Rocco and William Prentiss Griffin. The family will be present to receive friends on Tuesday from 7-9 and Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the O'CONNELL-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 2286 South Park Ave. where funeral will be held Thursday at 8:45 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Ambrose Church at 9:30.
