Pearl M. Anderson, age 88, of Menomonie, died Saturday, December 29, 2007 at the Dunn County Health Care Center in Menomonie. Pearl Mildred Hedletvedt was born in Wheeler, WI, to Olie and Lillian (Krueger) Hedletvedt. She graduated from Menomonie High School. Later on, she married her childhood sweetheart Arnold A. Anderson after 50 years. Pearl was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Pearl is survived by: Her husband, Arnold of Menomonie Two sons, Barry Joe (Barb) Brierley of Coal Creek, CO and Thomas J. (Sheryl) Brierley of Prior Lake, MN Grandchildren, Scott (Julie) Brierley of Coon Rapids, MN; Jodi (Jim) Pfletsen of Rockville, MN; Wendy L. Brierley of Brooklyn Center, MN; Sean T. (Mary) Brierley of Princeton, MN; Heather L. Brierley of Woodbury, MN; Kristina L. Brierley of Prior Lake, MN; Travis J. Brierley of Prior Lake, MN; and Dustin J. Brierley of Prior Lake, MN. Former daughter-in-law, Sharon Brierley of Minnesota A brother, Raymond (Lucille) Hedletvedt of Wisconsin Step-children, Ronald (Margaret) Anderson of Rosemont, MN Ruby (Bill) Henning of Sauk City, WI Rosalie (Clifford) Retzloff of Wheeler, WI Rita (Jerry) McCall of Hector, MN Rance (Sharon) Anderson of Wheeler, WI Rorra (Rick) Rice of Wheeler, WI Mona (Don) Ducan of Barron, WI 10 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren And other relatives and friends She is preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Walter Brierley; and a great-grandson, Troy J. Brierley. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, January 4, 2008 at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Wheeler, with Pastor Diane Norstad officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday. Burial of Pearl’s cremains will be at Our Savior’s Lutheran Cemetery in Wheeler at a later date. Olson Funeral Home in Menomonie is assisting the family. | ||
