Earl I. Spielman, age 81 of Menomonie, died Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at the Red Cedar Medical Center in Menomonie. Earl Irving Spielman was born on May 3, 1928 in the Township of Springfield, St. Croix Co.,WI to William and Ada (Davis) Spielman. He married Leona Cernohous on September 6, 1958. Earl farmed most of his life before moving to Menomonie. He took many trips out west and enjoyed bowling and photography. Earl is survived by: 3 children Donald (Sharon) Spielman of Woodville Dianne Spielman of Menomonie David Spielman of Menomonie 3 grandchildren Angela Spielman, Nicole (Tom) Matoska, Jason Spielman sister-in-law Evelyn Spielman of Wilson special friend Dora Wruck of Menomonie nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by father William in 1961, mother Ada in 1999 , wife Leona in 1972 and brother Dale in 1998. Memorial services will be held at 11:00AM Saturday, October 3, 2009 at Immanuel Lutheran Church (2526 80th Ave. Woodville, WI) with Pastor Wayne Hilgendorf officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church on Saturday. Olson Funeral Home in Menomonie is assisting the family. | ||
