JENNIFER A. (GLADFELTER) ANNIS In loving memory of Jennifer Annis who was born Jan. 23, 1976 and passed away Oct. 7, 2009. Jen lived life to the fullest and touched everyone that she loved. She was a devoted wife and mother that gave all she could for her family and a loving daughter and wonderful big sister that will remain in our hearts forever. You will be dearly missed and we will always love you. Jen is survived by: Her husband Shawn and their son Logan of Mondovi, WI Her parents Jeff and Lynn Gladfelter of Chaska, MN A sister Jamie Gladfelter of Inver Grove Heights, MN Mother-in-law and step father-in-law Delphia and Edward Stevenson of Saginaw, MN Father-in-law Dewey Annis of Saginaw, MN Sister-in-law and brother-in-law Melissa and Neil Kehoe of Meadowlands, MN Paternal grandparents Paul and Cathie Gladfelter of Fairmount, MN She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Milburn and Effie Dobson of Mineral Point, WI Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm Monday, Oct. 12, 2009 at Olson Funeral Home in Menomonie, with Rev. Daniel Pfaffe officiating. There will be visitation at the funeral home from 1:00 pm until the time of the service on Monday. | ||
