| | | Mary Loretta Krehbiel Moon, resident of Searcy, passed away on Friday, July 24, 2009. She was 64 years of age.
Ms. Moon was born April 27, 1945 in Washington state, the daughter of Otto and Ruth Bender Krehbiel. She was a recently retired school teacher having worked at Rose Bud and Enola Schools. She was a member of Mt. Bethel Freewill Baptist Church in Rose Bud.
Survivors include her daughter, Christine Eichler and her husband John of Romance; her son, Jason Moon and his wife, Amy of Cabot; three grandchildren, Morgan and Taylor Eichler of Romance and Madison Moon of Cabot; a sister, Norma Almaas and husband Walt of Washington state; a sister-in-law, Lois Krehbiel also of Washington state.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Robert Krehbiel.
