| | | Floyd Eugene (Gene) Little, 85, of Bald Knob, died Tuesday, September 15, 2009. He was born April 17, 1924 a son of the late Elmer Porter and Amanda Elizabeth Horton Little. Gene was a farmer, an avid coon hunter and a member of the Bethel Grove Church of Christ.
Survivors are his wife, Estella Lucille Little; son, Timothy Eugene Little; daughters, Patricia Ann Case and Carolyn Jean Speer; 3 grandchildren, Jeff Speer, Brian Case and Melissa Mason, 6 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 3 sisters.
Visitation: Thursday, 6-8 p.m. Services: Friday, September 18, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel, Bald Knob. Interment will be in the Fredonia Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Powell Funeral Homes. www.powellfuneralhome.net.
