| | | Jerry Charles Smith, 67, of Sulphur Springs, died Monday, September 21, 2009. He was born on November 17, 1941, in Beedeville, Arkansas, to the late J. C. and Louise Smith. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Linda Bennett Smith; a son, Jerry Charles Smith, Jr. and wife Debbie of Hernando, Mississippi; a daughter, Christi Robertson and husband Jim of Kingman, Arizona; two granddaughters, Jamie and Jessica Robertson of Kingman, Arizona; a sister, Hettie Lou Martin of Judsonia; and two brothers, Billy Troy Smith of Eudora and Kent Smith of Searcy.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 25, 2009, Beedeville Church of Christ with burial at Eight Mile Cemetery, Beedeville. Visitation will be Thursday, September 24, from 6-8 p.m. at Powell Funeral Home, Bald Knob. www.powellfuneralhome.net.
