| | | Charlene F. Forcier, 65, of Church Road in Colchester died unexpectedly on Thursday, August 14, 2008 at the Fletcher Allen Health Care in Burlington with her family by her side.
She was born in Burlington on June 9, 1943. She was a graduate of Burlington High School and on July 4, 1979 she was married to Edward S. Forcier. Charlene was an avid Red Sox fan and a big fan of Dale Earnhardt, Jr.
She is survived by her husband Edward S. Forcier of Colchester; a step-son Brian Forcier of Colchester; two sisters, Barbara Prim and husband Paul of Williston and Linda Crete and husband Michel of Winooski; her step-father Harold Sikora of Burlington; also several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her mother Rita Bushway Sikora in 1981.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, August 18, 2008 at 10:00 am in Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church in Colchester with burial to follow in Lakeview Cemetery. Those who wish may make contributions in her memory to the American Diabetes Association, 1 Kennedy Dr., Suite L8, South Burlington, VT 05403.
