MARTIN Nancy Ann Martin, 48, of Powell, Franklin County, OH, died unexpectedly in her home October 22, 2007. She was a 1977 graduate of Reynoldsburg High School and received a bachelor's degree in communications from Bowling Green State University. Nancy worked over 20 years in the real estate title insurance business. For the last 10 years she was vice president of title operations at Stewart Title of Columbus. Nancy served with distinction and was highly regarded by those in the real estate industry. Nancy was a member of the Monday evening Bible Study International class, where she served as a children's leader. She had been a member of North Broadway Methodist Church, North Columbus Baptist Church, and most recently attended the Vineyard Columbus. Nancy brought a simple comfort, joy, great humor and encouragement to all who knew and loved her. Her kindness and generosity were unequaled. Nancy enjoyed a strong faith and trust in Jesus, and we expect to meet her again rejoicing in eternity. Nancy is survived by her parents, David B. and Virginia (Black) Martin of Oak Harbor, OH; brothers, Richard W. and Joann (Pang) of Denver, CO, David J. and Pat (Pfoutz) of New Albany, OH; and sister, Jean A. and brother-in-law, James D. Colner of Upper Arlington, OH. Nancy leaves behind eight loving nieces and nephews, Robert M. Colner of New York City, David H. Colner of Washington, DC, Joan A. Colner of Hope College, Eric J. Martin, Ellen A. Martin, and Grace G. Martin, all of New Albany, OH, and Andrew R. Martin of the University of Colorado, Boulder, and Brian W. Martin of Denver, CO; special cousin, Bob "Bubba" Martin of Anderson, SC; and many aunts, cousins, friends and colleagues. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Friday, October 26, 2007, in Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home, 515 High St., Worthington, OH 43085. The funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, October 27, 2007, in the Oak Harbor United Methodist Church, 360 E. Water St., Oak Harbor, OH 43449, with visitation one hour prior from 10-11 a.m. Interment will follow in Union Cemetery, Oak Harbor. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Nancy's memory may be made to the Pastoral Relations Committee of the Oak Harbor United Methodist Church.
