Bobby Dale Kinsey, 52, was born on September 30, 1956, and passed away on February 23, 2009. Survived by wife Cheryl Kinsey; mother Melba Cepeda; sons Bobby Kinsey and wife Chrissy, Robby Kinsey and wife Lauren; daughters Candice Pena and husband Ignacio, Melissa Snuffer and husband Keith; grandchildren Brianna, Bobby, Christian, Caitlin, Teresa, Samuel, Ignacio, Shelby, Nathan, and Danelle; brothers Richard Cepeda, Phillip Cepeda, Rusty Kinsey, and Jim Gilbert; sisters Laura Merchant, Teresa Caudill, and Donna Gebhardt; and numerous family and friends. He is preceded in death by father Cecil Kinsey; brothers Allen Kinsey, Douglas Kinsey and Michael Cepeda. Viewing will be held Sunday, March 1 from 6-8 PM at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home in Willis. Funeral Services are scheduled for Monday, March 2 at 2 PM at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home in Willis with interment following service at Smith Memorial Park.
