Gracie Ann Dahse Gracie Ann Dahse was born on October 28, 1946 in Halletsville, Texas to Emil and Abliena Stasny, and left this world for a better fishing spot on October 25, 2009. Gracie, or Momma as known to most lived her life with no regrets. She loved long, worked hard, and called them how she saw ‘em. Gracie is preceeded in death by both parents, brothers Emil “Sonny” Stasny, Joseph Stasny, and sister Doris Flowers. She leaves behind the love of her life, and best friend of 43 years Larry, her pride and joys, daughter Roxanne Dahse and partner in life Tressa Slott, son Larry Dahse and wife Chrissy, and her most precious treasures of all, grandsons Justin Tyler Dahse and Benjamin Wyatt Dahse. She is also survived by sisters Virginia Ryals of Converse, Louisiana, Evelyn Orsak of Abbysburg, Mississippi, Gladys Lemke of Cuero, Texas, brother Daniel “Bb” Stasny of Sweet Home, Texas, and many other family and friends. Memorial Service will be held Saturday, October 31, 2009, 10:00 AM at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home in Willis, Texas.
