Dorothy Ann Latham-Marsalis was born October 19, 1929, in Greenville, MS. and was called to her Lord and Savior on August 11, 2009. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert "Jack" Marsalis. "Dot", was a librarian for many years and a faithful member of Cook Springs Baptist Church. She is survived by her sons: Paul C. Marsalis and wife Linda; Peter L. Marsalis and Michael C. Marsalis; her grandchildren: Greg S. Marsalis, Nique S. Marsalis, and Michelle R. Metzler and husband Les;her great-grandchildren: Daisy, Savannah, Briar, Jordan, Wyatt, Gavin, and Kurstin. She is also survived by her siblings David Latham and Sara Foster including many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 14, 2009 at 11 a.m., at Cook Springs Baptist Church with Bro. Robert Nichols II officiating.
