| | | Evelyn J. (coleman) Wofford passed away Sunday, November 1, 2009 at Mercy Hospital/Turner Memorial in Ozark, Arkansas at the age of 92. She was the daughter of Ed and Bettie (Peterson) Coleman and was born March 11, 1917.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Curtis Wofford. They owned and operated for numerous years the Nu-Way Cleaner & Laundry mats in Ozark. She is survived by a sister-in-law, Chella Stokes of Ozark; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law Auzie and Phyllis Wofford of Russellville, Arkansas, a niece Betty Crews of Nashville, Arkansas, a nephew & wife Robert and Debra Wofford of Ozark, a niece and husband Wilda and Wayne Davis of Ozark, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Reverend Keith Dodson will be officiating the service.
Men of the First United Methodist Church of Ozark will serve as pallbearers.
Memorials may be made in her honor to the First United Methodist Church in Ozark, Arkansas.
