Joseph W. Shields, Karl E. Packer & Russell E. Willeke
William H. Shields Licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer Bill attended Riverdale High School, Bowling Green State University and Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. In 1968, he joined the firm and after 16 years, purchased the business in 1984. Bill and his wife (Pat) have 2 daughters: Anne Shields and Tricia (Ryan) Cutright. Bill & Pat have a granddaughter, Leah and a grandson, Gavin. In the past he belonged to the Forest Area JayCees and was awarded JayCee of the year in 1972 & 1973. He also served as president in 1974. Bill served one term on the Riverdale Board of Education and was president in 1988, he also served for 13 years on the Forest Jackson Public Library Board. Bill was an active member of the Forest PTO, Riverdale Music Boosters and played Baritone & Trombone in the Brass Band "Fantastics" & "FUMC Brass".
He is currently a member of Senate Lodge # 378 Free & Accepted Masons, serving as Master in 1973. He also is a former memeber of the Riverdale Lions Club and served as President in 1983. In 1999, Bill and Pat were selected as Grand Marshal of the TreeTown Festival Parade. In 2007, Clark-Shields Funeral Home was awarded the TreeTown Festival "Community Spirt Award"

Stanley has been employed by Shields Funeral Home since 1990. He is a retired welder, formerly employed by McBrown Industries, Rawson, Ohio. He lives in Forest,Ohio
| John A. Lawrence Sr. Assistant John Lawrence Sr. joined the firm in 2004. John is retired from A.O.Smith- Upper Sandusky, Ohio.
John and his wife (Frances) reside in Forest,Ohio.
| Douglas Rickle Assistant Doug is a 2005 graduate of the Riverdale High School. He assists with visitations and funerals.
Doug resides in Wharton, Ohio.
