| | | Hayden O’Brien of Montgomery, Texas passed away on Sunday, June 29, 2008 at age 17. He is survived by his parents, Dr. Tim & Wanda O’Brien; sisters, Emma, Maddie and Tess O’Brien, and a brother, Max O’Brien; grandparents, Sue & Joe O’Brien, of Huntsville, Texas and Leo & Barbara Wick of LaGrange, Texas; great-grandmother Lydia Fietsam of LaGrange, Texas, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Hayden is also survived by his special friends, Boy Scouts of America, Troop # 491 of Montgomery, Venturing Crew # 1517 of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He was very involved in scouting, and was extremely proud that he achieved his Eagle Scout rank.
Hayden’s body will be available for viewing at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Plantersville, on Wednesday, July 2nd from 5-7 p.m., with a prayer and rosary service beginning at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held at St. Mary’s, Thursday, July 3rd . The Rosary will be prayed at 9:30 a.m. with the funeral starting at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow in St Mary’s Catholic Church Cemetery.
Hayden’s organs were life gifted in order to enrich other people’s quality of life.
