Eric Holt Stacey, “Mr. E man”, was born on August 3, 1988 to the late Dr. Chris Stacey and Sue Stacey and passed away on Saturday, September 6, 2008 at the age of 20. Eric was student of Wyotech Daytona Beach, Florida where he was training to pursue a career in motorcycle mechanics, a passion acquired from his father. He had a love for life and all things that made him smile. Eric is survived by his loving family; mother, Sue of Montgomery, Texas; sister, Danielle of Sydney, Australia; grandmother, Wilda Stacey and uncles, Reverend James Stacey, of Syracuse, New York, Steve Stacey, of Miami, Florida, Roger Shipp, of Missouri, and Virgil Shipp, of California; aunts, Mary Selleck, Betty Jones, Joyce Southward and Jeane Hawthorne all of Missouri, and numerous friends he has made in his brief time with us. Eric will be greatly missed but will now join his father in interment in Mount Washington Forever Cemetery in Independence, Missouri where together they will now continue their journey of the soul. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 11, 2008 at 10 A.M., in the Chapel of Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home, Montgomery, Texas with Pastor Randy Weaver officiating.
