Harold E. Hall, 63 of Montgomery, Texas passed away on December 3, 2010 in his home surrounded by his family.

Harold was born on December 4, 1946 to Harold and Helene Hall in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. He graduated Auburndale High School, Auburndale, Wisconsin class of 1964. He married his high school sweetheart in July, 1965. In 1966 they relocated to Aurora, Illinois, where they resided before locating to Montgomery, Texas in 2002.

He worked in the construction trades all of his life, enjoying his work and taking great pride in each and every project he did. The past 14 years, he did extensive traveling in his work and has friends from coast to coast. He was a source of great strength and comfort to his family as they battled his cancer together. He was a loyal and loving husband, a father full of energy and endless love, a wonderful and devoted grandfather, a caring and loving brother and a dear friend to many.

He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Nancy of Montgomery, Texas; son, Harold (Dawn) Hall, Tampa, Florida; daughters, Tracy (Chris) Thornton, Montgomery, Texas, Stacy (Mike) Avino, Plainfield, Illinois, Leanne Hall, The Woodlands, Texas. Ten grandchildren, Ashton, Katlin, Madalyn, Lauren, Jaxson Hall, Kailey, Alyssa, Anthony, Adriana Avino, Derek Delgado and 2 step grandchildren, Chance and Corbin Thornton; brothers, Scott (Patti) Hall, Yorkville, Illinois, Leland Hall, Arlington, Texas; sisters, Carole (James) Brandl, Marshfield, Wisconsin, Kathlee Puls, Cushing, Oklahoma, Linda Martino, Pine Valley, California, Candace (Jim) Falk, Appleton, Wisconsin, Valorie (Don) Adams, Redlands, California, Eileen (Don) Gaffney, Marshfield, Wisconsin; brother-in-law Dean (Cindy) Schmunk, Chetek, Wisconsin; sister-in-law Joanne Moret, West Allis, Wisconsin. Numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends near and far.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Ronda.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 10, 2010 from 4PM to 7PM at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home, 20850 Eva St., Montgomery, Texas 77356. Services to be held at 7PM following the visitation.
