Ryan Jason Begger, age 35, of Beach, North Dakota, passed away on Monday, June 22, 2009, at St. Alexius Medical Center in Bismarck, North Dakota.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Sunday, June 28, 2009, at the Chapel of the Silvernale-Silha Funeral Home in Beach. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, June 29, 2009, at the United Community Church in Beach with Reverend Warren Maxted officiating. Interment will follow in the Wibaux Cemetery in Wibaux, Montana. Silvernale-Silha Funeral Home of Beach is entrusted with arrangements.

Ryan was born August 23, 1973, in Beach, North Dakota, the son of Ronald and Edith (Easton) Begger. He was raised and educated in Wibaux, Montana, graduating from Wibaux County High School with the class of 1993. He lived his entire life in the Wibaux and Beach area.

Ryan worked for H&R Drilling helping to drill wells. He also helped to open and close graves. He worked as a cook at the Cowboy Café and at Cenex in Beach, as a janitor at the rest area and the Backyard Bar in Beach, and at Perkins in Dickinson, North Dakota.

Ryan enjoyed fishing, hunting, and golfing. He also enjoyed cribbage, pool, and pinochle. He especially loved tormenting friends and family. He will be missed by all.

Ryan was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Begger; his step-father, Rue Cale; his brother-in-law, Kenneth Barnes; and his grandmother, Bernadine Easton.

Ryan is survived by his mother, Edith Huether and her husband Jim of Wibaux, Montana; his sister, Laurie Barnes of Wibaux, Montana; his brother Ron Begger and his wife Julie of Belfield, North Dakota; his grandfather, Jim Easton of Beach, North Dakota; four nephews, two nieces, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
