To the family of Cecil: Im an old friend of Cecil and Kathy's and lived near Albion for some years. Due to my job I havent seen them for about 5 years now. I just wanted to tell you I am very glad I met them and am glad Cecil considered me his friend. He use to meet me at Larry's Marathon Coffee Shop and set for hrs. and I enhoyed his cookouts. He found me alot of stuff to pick up around the county for at that time I hauled junk and treasures for extra money. He is the only Cop person I ever found that I liked.
