| | | Brittney Kaye Cook, age 17, of Forrest City, died Sunday sudden and unexpectedly in an automobile accident.
Brittney was born July 22, 1990, in Amarillo, Texas. She lived in Forrest City most of her life,
was a Senior at Lee Academy in Marianna, and was a member of the Forrest City Church of God.
Brittney is survived by her parents, Joey and Manuela Olivas Cook, of Forrest City, her father, Alfred Frausto, of Amarillo, Texas, three brothers; Brandon Cook, Zach Cook, and Jodie Cook, all of Forrest City, one sister, Kassie Cook, of Forrest City, her maternal grandparents; Manuel and Linda Olivas of Elk City, Oklahoma, her maternal grandmother, Juanita Wright of Elk City, Oklahoma, her paternal grandmother, Ella Jo Cook, of Wynne.
Services for Brittney will be held at the Forrest City Church of God, 2:00 P.M., Thursday, with burial in Forrest Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday evening 6:00 till 8:00 P.M., at the Forrest City Church of God with Stevens Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
