| | | Mr. Edward L. Catlett, age 85, of Marianna, died Saturday at his home in Marianna. He had been in poor health for the past four years.
Mr. Catlett was born August 15, 1922, in Wynne, and was the son of Jasper Catlett and Viola Jackson Catlett. He lived in Wynne before moving to Marianna, was a retired contractor and was a Baptist.
Mr. Catlett married Linn Neil Lyons and she preceded him in death in 1981. He is survived by three daughters; Mrs. Gail Lynne Hall of Wynne, Mrs. Patsy Ann Spath of Marianna, and Mrs. Tommie N. Redman of Jacksonville, Arkansas, one son, Mr. Danny Stough of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, one brother, Mr. Jabber Catlett of Seattle, Washington, nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Services for Mr. Catlett will be held Graveside, 3:00 P.M., Sunday, with burial in Cogbill Cemetery in Wynne. Stevens Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. You may log on to stevensfuneralhome.net for the on line registry.
