| FITZSIMMONS, Cora Jolene “Jo”, age 80 of Kettering, passed away Saturday, April 11, 2009 at Kettering Medical Center. Born September 21, 1928 in Yocum, KY. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years James. She is survived by her sons, Mike (Yvonne) and Mark (Amy), Grandchildren, Greg and Phil Rembold and Marie Clark. . She was a longtime member of St. Albert the Great Church. She used her talent with a needle and thread, donating thousands of hours of her time sewing altar cloths and vestments. She was active in the Knitting Circle , the Christ Child Society and many other church related activities. Jo's greatest achievement in life lay in her devotion to her spouse and family, for which she provided an impeccable example. She will be greatly missed by her family and many dear friends. Viewing will be held Wednesday April 15, 2009 at Tobias Funeral Home, 5471 Far Hills Ave from 5-7 P.M. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday April 16, 2009 12 noon at St. Albert the Great Church, 3033 Far Hills Ave. Internment to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
