| FITE, Virginia, age 100 of Dayton, passed away on Tuesday, April 14, 2009. She was born in Raven, KY to the late Joseph and Louhettie Slone-Owens. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Loren Fite; son, Maurice Sword, 7 brothers and sisters. She is survived by her daughters, Betty Jo Vale, Priscilla J. Gonya; son, Ronald Lee Fite; sisters, Alice O. Martin, Voneda O. Wicker; 14 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 10 am on Saturday, April 18, 2009 at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL. Interment in Miami Valley Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-8 pm on Friday, April 17. Memorial contributions can be made to Meals on Wheels, 105 S.
