Blake was born at Baylor hospital in Waxahachie fifteen weeks early to Patrick and Tiffany Kelly of Waxahachie. He had a very adventurous life at Baylor hospital in Dallas. Through many surgeries and hard times, Blake is now looking upon us from Heaven. The three months he blessed us, we will always enjoy, thanks to the NICU.
He has a really large family that was around him every day. His grandparents are Diana Woodall, Wesley Woodall, Larry Kelly, Carol Kelly, Curtis Gardner, and Sharon Gardner. His great grandparents are Willie Fern Kelly, Henry Kelly, Pat Lowther, Melba Gardner, Clyde Gardner and Louis DiStasi. His sister is Leah Kelly.
The family will receive friends and relatives from 9 to 12 AM Wednesday, April 1, 2009 at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home with Services Celebrating his life to follow at 2:00 PM in the Chapel. Interment will follow in the Waxahachie City Cemetery..
Arrangements are under direction of the Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
