Mrs. Arthur was born in Colorado City, Texas to Doyle and Addie Mae (Thornton) Moon. She passed away at the Red Oak Health and Rehab, Red Oak, Texas.
She was a teacher.
A Memorial Service will be 11 AM Saturday, March 27, 2010 in the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of the Wayne Boze Funeral Home, Waxahachie, Texas with Dr. Shane Kinnison officiating.
