Dear Herb & Family,
We extend our deepest sympathy to you on the loss of a beautiful wife and wonderful Mother to the children. Herb, when we talked a couple of weeks ago you mentioned that Billie was using oxygen and had some problems but I try to be optimistic about things and I assumed that eventually you and Billie would be able to come through Paris for a visit. So with sadness, we send our love to you and the family. Jim & Marcia Hicks | From: James & Marcia Hicks 04/20/2006 05:45 PM

To my uncle Herb, I can't begin to imagine what you are going through. You and Billie married young and grew closer every year. It was always touching to see the love and caring you had for each other. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.
God bless,
Sheila

Bille was a dear aunt and loving mother. I have fond memories of my sleepovers with my cousin Patti. She supplied her children and neices with a bounty of comic books. She brought joy to everyone she came in contact with and will me missed by many. My deepest sympathy to my cousins and their families and also my mom, Jean Billingsley.
Best Wishes,
