I found out about Brandon tonight. I am so sorry to hear about his passing. He and I went through school together at Red Oak -- all the way from 3rd grade (Ms. Shorb's class -- we got our cars taken away for playing with them in class!), through playing 2 on 2 football with Richard Parker and Jason Sutherland every day at recess in 5th grade, to having a fight in 8th grade (we were better friends afterward!), and on through high school. Played a fair amount of basketball on my 7-foot goal 9th grade year! I considered him a friend all those years, and I am very saddened to hear of his passing tonight. Please accept my condolences. I will miss him.
