Patsy Ann Nolting, age 75, of Linton, passed away at 1:40 P.M. Thurs., Oct. 8, 2009, at Shakamak Good Samaritan Center in Jasonville. She was born April 4, 1934, in Jerome, VA, the daughter of Tobias & Martha (Coffman) Funkhouser.
She was a homemaker & a member of the Linton Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Karen Fidler of Jasonville, Belinda Cassidy of Linton, & Sherry Robbins of Acworth, Georgia, a son, Joe Nolting of Bloomfield, three sisters, a brother, seven grandchildren, & seventeen great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Donald R. Nolting, March 27, 1998, a grandson, Travis Fidler, three brothers, & two sisters.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Sat., Oct. 10, at Welch & Cornett Linton Chapel, Pastor Larry Waters officiating. Burial will follow at Bohley Cemetery.
Friends may call at 10 A.M. Sat. until the hour of the service.
The family has suggested that memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer’s Association through the funeral home.
