Charlotte Lowery Bronner, 90, passed away at her home in Warsaw on Sunday, December 23, 2012. She was a retired teller for Northern Neck State Bank, a member of Warsaw Baptist Church, and a U.S. Army WAC Veteran, serving in World War II. She was an avid sports enthusiast throughout her life.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Murphy Bronner. She is survived by three daughters, Cynthia Bronner Packett and husband Randall W. Packett, Jr., of Warsaw, Susan Bronner Shockley, of Midlothian, and Martha Bronner Blankenship and husband Randy L. Blankenship, of Richmond, one sister Pauline Lowery Morgan, of Hilton Head, SC, one brother Warren C. Lowery and wife Kathleen, of Callao; four grandchildren, Douglas Weymouth Packett and wife Leigh Carter Packett, Murphy Bronner Packett, Mary Shockley Rogalski and husband Ben, and Samantha Brooks Shockley; and a great granddaughter Carter Ann Packett.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 27, 2012 at Warsaw Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at the Welch Funeral Home, Marks Chapel, Warsaw.
