Faye M. Friesz, 54, West Fargo, ND died on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at MeritCare Hospital, Fargo, ND.
Faye Marie Otto was born February 18, 1955 at Harvey, ND to Walter and Margaret (Koenig) Otto. She grew up on the family farm near Robinson, ND. The family moved to Bowdon, ND where she attended high school. Faye married Dennis Schwartz and they lived at Tuttle, ND before moving to Fargo. She married Dennis Friesz on June 17, 1998 in Fargo. They made their home in West Fargo. She worked various jobs in the area before becoming ill.
She loved being the life of the party, whether playing BINGO or with family and friends. She also enjoyed reading, crocheting, crafts and her cats.
She is survived by her husband, Dennis of West Fargo; son, Benji (Brianna) Schwartz of Leonard, ND; mother and step father, Margaret (Richard) Otto of Bowdon, ND; siblings, Carol (Ken) Roeker of Jamestown, ND, Terry Otto of Fargo, Duane (Pat) Otto of Beulah, ND, Sandy (Kevin) Kelly of Bismarck, ND, Valerie (Steve) Tripp of Pettibone, ND; many nieces and nephews and a grandnephew.
Faye was preceded in death by her father; sister, Joyce; sons, Wade and Chamey Schwartz; brother-in-law, Kenneth Ensz; nephew, Christopher Gene Ensz; and grandniece, Olivia Marie Banks.
Visitation: Sunday, November 8, 2009 from 3 to 5 PM at the West Funeral Home, West Fargo.
Memorial Service: Monday, November 9 at 1 PM at the West Funeral Home Chapel.
Final Resting Place: Tuttle Cemetery
