Lillie Roe, 76, of Ward, Arkansas, was born July 22, 1932, at Ward, Arkansas to Fred and Fannie Hurt Rowell, and went to be with the Lord, Friday, July 10, 2009. She had worked as a seamstress in the Garment Manufacturing Business for many years before her retirement, she was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter # 345 of Ward and Landmark Missionary Baptist Church in Ward. Lillie is survived by her husband of fifty-six years, James Roe; two sons, Robert Roe of Ward and Fred Roe of Cabot; three grandchildren, Chris Roe, Glenn Thwing, David Earle; one great-grandchild; one brother, Rubert Rowell and two sisters, Katherine Rowell and Faye Plant. She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Warren, Charlie Paul and Hubert Rowell.
