James C. O’Kelley, 82, of Conway, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord Saturday, July 18, 2009. He was retired from the Little Rock Police Department, a WWII Veteran, a mason, and a member of Grace Chapel Church. James is survived by his wife, Betty Gold O’Kelley; four daughters, Debbi and Dwight Flecher, of Austin, Rita and Michael Stone of Little Rock, Denise Kenzel of Carlisle and Stacey Brown of Conway; two brothers, Julian O’Kelley of North Little Rock and Gerald O’Kelley of Little Rock; nine grandchildren, Keith and Kristi Burns, Nicki and Bruce Salmon, Heather and Carey Weathers, Jason and Nicole Stone, Kelli and Kenny Howard, Bryan and Jessica Kenzel, Brittany, Trey and Kim Standridge, and sixteen great-grandchildren.
