Harley W. Clemons 77 of Spencer died Tuesday at the Owen Valley Health Campus. Born June 25, 1928 in Bolliver Arkansas to William and Lagatha (Tharp) Clemons. Harley is a retired truck driver for Wheaton Van Lines after 27 years. He was a member of the Moose Lodge. He was of the Baptist faith. Survivors: One brother Marion W. Clemons Jr., of Mississippi. Special friend Kathy Clampitt of Spencer and several nieces and nephews. Services will be Friday 10:00 A.M. at the West and Parrish and Pedigo Funeral Home. Burial will be at Hudson Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and Friday 8:30 A.M. until service time.
