Peggy Ann White Chieze longtime Ridgecrest and San Diego, CA resident has gone to see her Lord and Savior, due to cancer, on February 17, 2006, at her daughter’s home in Bloomington, IN. She was born on December 23, 1935 and celebrated her 70th birthday this past year and she was a graduate of Shenango High School, Class of ’54. She was born in New Castle, PA. She was married to the father of her six children Don Julius John Chieze, Sr. for 29 years and divorced in 1984.
Ms. Chieze was a loving daughter, sister, mother, aunt, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved her daschunds; Maggie Mae and Minnie Me. She enjoyed cooking; gardening; hummingbirds; taking care of her grandchildren and she was an active member of Spencer First Christian Church as well as the Southside Christian Church. She loved life; she had a great sense of humor and was a true example of a servant. She always took care of others before herself.
She was preceded in death by her parents; John and Elma (Jones) White of Wampum, PA; grandparents John and Elizabeth Jones, James and Minerva White, son Alfred Lewis Chieze, II great-granddaughter Ashley Nicole Chieze, and brother-in-law Dave Rogers.
She is survived by sons Samuel Lee (Cathy) Chieze of Ridgecrest, CA, Don Julius John Jr. (Sandra) Chieze. of Spring Valley, CA, John William (Virgie) Chieze of San Diego, CA, daughters Dianne Lynn (Robert) Wilson of Bloomington, IN and Jeanne Mae Chieze of McLean, VA. and daughter-in-law Judy Chieze of Ridgecrest, Ca. She had 12 grandchildren Danielle Chieze, Robert Gillam, Austin Chieze, Jeremiah Chieze, Sean Chieze, Allen Chieze, Sherri Chieze, Jessica Chieze, Megan Chieze, Rachael Chieze,Sgt. Timothy Koharchick, Justin and Stephanie Koharchick and Kayleigh Wilson. She also had 8 Great-Grandchildren Shaya and Kaiden Gillam, Jayme and Jaelyn Chieze, Jacob Chieze, Alexandria and Jared Owens and Alyvia Koharchick, sister Bonnie (William) Proch, Jacquelyne Rogers, Eleanor (Richard) Schommer, Sandra (Bill) Jones and brother James (Shirley) White.
Visitation will be 5-8 PM, Tuesday, February 21, 2006 at the West and Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home in Spencer, IN. A Memorial Service will be held at the Spencer First Christian Church on Wednesday, February 22, 2006. at 11:00 AM. Robert Wilson will officiate.
