| | | Elizabeth Frye Straly 95, of Spencer passed away Tuesday August 1, 2006 at the Residence at McCormick’s Creek.
She was born December 1, 1910 in Putnum County to Homer and Lily (Teagarden) Sink.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Maranatha Baptist Church.
Elizabeth is survived by her son Ed Frye of Spencer, four stepsons Warren Straley of Manhattan Valley, California, Scott Straly of Bend, Oregon, Howe Straly of Peru, two step daughters Marjorie Sciscoe of Spencer, Mary Mitten of Patricksburg, three grandchildren, fifteen step grandchildren, one great grandchild, twenty six step great grandchildren, and four step great great grandchildren.
Elizabeth is preceded in death by, her husbands Carl Frye, Dottus Straly, three brothers and one sister.
Funeral services will be will be Friday August 4, 2006 at 2:00 PM at West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home with Pastor Reed officiating. Visitation will be Friday 11:00 AM until service time.
