| | | Ernest “Ernie” E. DuBois of Patricksburg passed away November 17, 2006 at the Bloomington Hospital. He was born in Sullivan, IN April 25, 1916 to Christian and Stella (McGranaham) DuBois. He was the owner of Ernest DuBois and Son Excavating.
Ernie is survived by a son Dale (Beverly) DuBois of Poland, a daughter June (Marvin) Query of Bloomfield, two brothers Carl DuBois and Rex DuBois of Patricksburg, 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Lorene (White) DuBois in 1994, two sons Jack and Thomas DuBois, three brothers Elmer, Fred, and Charley DuBois, and three sisters Lucy King, Nellie Beatty, and Bertha Fulk.
Rev. Donovan Newport will conduct graveside services at 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, November 21, 2006 at Riverside Cemetery in Spencer. Visitation will be held Monday, November 20, 2006 from 4-8 PM at the West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home in Spencer.
