| | | Ernest "Bud" H. Crites, 77, of Port Charlotte, FL, formerly of Spencer passed away Monday 12, 2007 at his residence. Mr. Crites was born October 10, 1929 in Indianapolis to Robert Harold and Mabel Pearl (Reynolds) Crites and moved to Port Charlotte 12 years ago. He was self-employed in the vending service. Mr. Crites was also a veteran of the U.S. Navy and was of the Methodist faith.
Mr. Crites is survived by his wife Joann (Hatton) Crites of Port Charlotte, son John David Crites of Port Charlotte, daughters Patricia Ann Herron of Indianapolis, and Linda Sue Young of St. Augustine, FL brothers Dale Crites of Fort Worth, TX, Marvin Crites of Freedom, and Randy Crites of Bloomfield, sister Deannie Neier of Cloverdale and six grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, March 17, 2007 at Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, March 16, 2007 4-8PM at West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home.
