Evans, 80, Terre Haute, formerly of Spencer, passed away June 19, 2009 at Southwood Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born July 3, 1928 in Cataract, IN to David and Mary (Black) Broyles. Mrs. Evans was a housewife and a member of the Spencer Church of Christ. She was a loving mother and a devoted wife. Mildred is survived by her two sons, David (Kelly Ann Renteria) Evans of Terre Haute, and Marc (Marquita) Evans of Spencer, and two grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband of 59 years Eugene Evans, her parents, and a sister Margaret Eileen Keck. Funeral services will be 11 AM Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home. Brother Gary Fiscus will officiate. Burial will follow at Hudson Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday June 22, from 4-8 PM.
