Ronda L. Stephey, 37, of Poland, passed away at The Residence of McCormick’s Creek, Tuesday, July 7, 2009. Ronda was born October 27, 1971 in Morgan County to Ronald “Red” and Linda (Hawkins) Dwyer. She attended Owen Valley High School. She is a member of Union Church in Solsberry. Ronda enjoyed reading, playing cards and games, working puzzles, and was often found researching genealogy at Owen County Public Library.
Ronda is survived by her parents of Poland, three sons Ricky Porter, Samuel Porter, and Jacob Stephey all at home, a brother Tony Walden and his wife Kristy of Gosport, and two sisters Lori Cabanaw and her husband Todd of Buchanan, MI and Lisa Owens and her husband Scott of Ellettsville.
Funeral service will be held 1pm, Friday, July 10, 2009 at West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home. Rev. Don Dwyer will officiate. Friends may call from 10am-1pm Friday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
